This 2-3-hour seminar is aimed at those who seek a basic education on the technologies, logistics, and financial aspects of small-scale solar power. Both photovoltaics (solar electric) and solar domestic hot water will be discussed. Topics include: An overview of both solar domestic hot water photovoltaic technologies, the pros and cons of system and mounting types, system sizing & site analysis, the economics of renewable energy installations, financial incentives, and tips for selecting an installer. A question and answer period is included.
