Parks Unconference
All are invited to attend the Milwaukee Parks Unconference on Saturday September 22nd.
Location: Bucketworks, 706 S. 5th Street.
10am-5pm.
The Milwaukee Parks Unconference is an event where the audience creates the content, the agenda, and drives the discussion -- in this case, it's all about our wonderful Parks. The good folks at Bucketworks will moderate and help us build solutions for our Parks. Bob Piechocki, a BVNA Board Member, initiated the event's onset.
Our Parks Dept., once known nation-wide as the premier model for other municipal areas has been significantly and consistently challenged for a great number of years to live up to its former reputation. Let's see if we can come to agreement as to how we, as citizens, can work together to return its luster.
This event is 100% free. All you need to do is RSVP and then show up.
