2018 Nominate the Neighbor of the Night

Nominate the Neighbor of the Night!  Do you have a neighbor who goes the extra mile for you?  Waters your tomato plants when you're on vacation?  Works extra hard to make Bay View a great place to live?  Tell us why you'd like to see them as the Neighbor of the Night, and the BVNA will give them VIP treatment in our one and only reserved area at Chill on the Hill!
