Thursday, June 22nd 5:30-7:30 City-Owned Housing - presented by Aaron Helt (Housing Programs Manager with the City of Milwaukee) - This is a great opportunity to learn about City of Milwaukee owned housing!  This seminar is intended for owner occupant buyers, not real estate investors.

Thursday, June 29th 5:30-7:30 Real Estate Financing: Mortgages and Beyond - Mortgage presenter TBD and Peggy Boris (Richfield Financial).  In the final piece of the series, we will talk about mortgages, of course, but we will also discuss finances beyond mortgages - no matter what stage of the buying or selling process you are in, there will be useful information to gain from this seminar.
