The Eat Local Resource Fair is an annual opportunity to celebrate local food as you pick up information, tips, ideas and tools to help you find and enjoy local foods all year long. 

Buy food directly from 12 local vendors (bakery, cheese, preserves, beverages & more). 

Visit with area chefs from 5 restaurants. 

Workshops, author talk and cooking demonstrations. 

·      11:30     Tips for Buying meat directly from farmers  - Suzanne Zipperer       

·      12:15   Talking local foods with Peter Sandroni of La Merenda Restaurant 

·      1:00  Author talk and book signing - "The Flavor of Wisconsin for Kids" - Terese Allen introduces her wonderful book that is a combination history and cookbook designed to be used                        together by adults and kids. Co-sponsored by Boswells.

·      1:45    Time-saving tricks for soup & entrees 
                           Cooking Demo - Kathy Papineau of MKE Localicious
