Kids and Family Night- Register for Booth Space

As part of our National Night Out week, the BVNA invites local non-profits and community groups to present your information at Chill on the Hill for Kids and Family Night, brought to you by Wheaton Franciscan/St. Francis Hospital.  Please register to be included!

The event begins at 6 p.m. sharp with our opening act, so we require you be set up by 5:30 with any cars / trucks off the hill by that time as well. 

You should expect to set up on the right side of the hill (as we're looking at the stage). Depending on how many organizations we have on hand, that might creep into the center edge of the hill (or farther). 

Space is NOT reserved. It is first-come, first-serve, so you might want to be there a bit earlier. 

There is absolutely NO selling allowed and collecting donations is also a no-no.

Finally, we encourage you to bring along a kid-friendly activity to pass out / take part in (temporary tattoos, bubbles, etc).
